We celebrated Mother's Day at Cibo, Alabang Town Center last May 9, 2010. It was our first time to eat at Cibo and the food was really great! We're always passing by Cibo, and never really thought of eating there. But since my sister Cheng is craving for Italian food, she suggested we try Cibo, for a change. She was right; the place offers really good Italian food. Hands down to Ms. Margarita Fores! I so love your food! The wait staffs were all very attentive to our needs. They were cheerful and accommodating. They help us choose from the menu and suggested the best sellers. And since it's mother's day, they gave us a freebie! :)
These are the foods that we ordered.
Patatine Frite maionese (Php 110) and Te Freddo Pesca
Home-fried potato chips, garlic, mayonnaise and Iced Tea with Peach Syrup
My baby Zoie enjoying her patatine frites (just plain potato chips! lol!) and Te Freddo Limone (Php 78) Lemon Iced Tea with Fresh Mint Leaves
Broccoli Pomodor0 Secchi (Php 230)
Broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes with Round Toasts was the freebie they gave us for Mother's Day.
Pizza Ovale Salame Milano (Php 343)
The pizza was big and it had Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Salami and Arugula.
Linguine 'la Foresta (Php 240)
It has Stewed tomato, stab bacon and black olives
Penne ala Fiorentina (php 285)
It has Sausage, cream and fennel. Yummy!
It has Sautéed seafood (bits and pieces of crabmeat and squid), cream and parsley.
The servings were big and we're not able to finish our food so we had it wrapped. Yehey! I had Cibo food again for breakfast!
